Furniture returns and exchanges

• The buyer has the right to return and exchange the purchased furniture, of appropriate quality, within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

• Furniture and accessories that have not been used and have not lost their marketable appearance, are not damaged: chips, scratches, scuffs are subject to return and exchange.

• Furniture and accessories that have not been assembled and installed, the integrity of which is preserved, packaging and containers are subject to return and exchange.

• Furniture and accessories on which all labels, price tags, markings and instructions have been preserved are subject to return and exchange.

• A sales receipt and invoice were presented, confirming that the furniture was purchased in our store.

The following furniture cannot be returned:

• Products that have been damaged or modified (excluding factory defects)

• Products that have signs of use.

• Products after 14 days from the date of sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange of products that have changed their color or properties due to exposure to chemicals or other external factors.

• Individual orders made especially for you in the selected color, size, characteristics of exchange and return are not subject to the law on the protection of consumer rights, section 2, article 13, item No. 5.

• Mattresses without packaging (with damaged packaging) are not accepted.
